What is the processing and production process for building blocks?
Release time: 2023-09-13
Step 1 requires "cutting". There are four methods for cutting wood, including rotary cutting, string cutting, radial cutting, and sectioning.
Spin cutting: Place the construction timber square log in the middle of the lathe, insert the slicing knife at a small angle into the log, and then rotate the log against the slicing knife to create a spin cut veneer. Spin cut wood veneer can be wide enough to provide a complete (single) board surface.
String cutting: Use a slicer to cut wood chips along parallel lines at the center of the log. If the string cut wood veneer is cut from the original wood, the resulting building wood will form a tree ring pattern wood grain.
Cutting: Place the flat saw board flat and use a fixed slicing knife to cut the wood veneer from the bottom of the board. The texture pattern of longitudinally cut wood veneer varies greatly.
Diametral cutting: Diametral cutting is the process of vertically cutting the annual rings of the log to produce wood veneer with straight lines.
Step 2: Dry the core board. The core board formed by cutting the logs has a high moisture content, and it needs to be dried to meet the requirements of the bonding process.
Step three, group blank sorting, which includes cutting, splicing, and repair. Cut the dried strip core board and zero piece core board into standard core boards and spliceable core boards. The narrow strip core board is spliced into a whole core board, and the defective whole core board can be repaired to meet the quality requirements of the process.
Step 4, trimming.
Step 5, sanding.
