New high-temperature resistant plastic wood material

Wood composite materials are a new type of composite material that has emerged in recent years. Currently, the common plastic wood composite materials are polyethylene, polypropylene, or polyvinyl chloride, which are made from waste plant fibers such as wood powder, rice husk, and straw through different processing methods such as hot pressing composite and melt extrusion. Mainly used in industries such as building materials, furniture, logistics and packaging. The board formed by hot extrusion of plastic wood composite materials is called extruded plastic wood composite board. However, the existing plastic wood composite materials have insufficient high-temperature resistance and cannot be applied in industries with high material requirements. For example, high-end indoor and outdoor demand, automotive, high-speed rail decoration, and high-temperature resistant kitchen wall panels. Therefore, the development of new high-temperature resistant plastic wood materials has broad market prospects.
In order to overcome the shortcomings of high-temperature resistance of plastic wood composite materials in existing technologies, a new high-temperature resistant plastic wood material is provided. According to relevant patent reports, the new high-temperature resistant plastic wood material is obtained by mixing wood powder, polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, high-temperature additives, maleic acid grafted polyethylene, lubricants, and antioxidants evenly and then feeding them into a twin screw extruder for melt extrusion and granulation. Provide a new composition of plastic wood materials, which can significantly improve the high-temperature resistance of plastic wood materials by adding high-temperature resistant additives. Experiments have shown that the Vicat softening point of the new plastic wood material is above 160 ℃, indicating its excellent high-temperature resistance. High temperature resistant plastic wood composite materials solve the problem of thermal stability of wood powder during processing, completely solving the problem of wood powder being unable to composite with engineering plastics, thereby greatly improving the mechanical properties of plastic wood composite materials and expanding the application range of plastic wood composite materials. The production method of high-temperature resistant plastic wood composite material includes the following steps:
1. Fully permeate the fibrous wooden flocs with a solution containing flame retardants;
2. Dry the wood floc containing a flame retardant solution to make the flame retardant combine with the wood floc in the form of crystalline water;
3. Combine the wood floc binder containing crystalline water flame retardant obtained in step 2 with polyolefin resin and additives in a closed state, and achieve a temperature of polyolefin resin melting conditions to form a plastic-wood mixture material in a mutually crosslinked state;
4. Extrude and granulate the plastic wood mixed material. Provided a production method for high-temperature resistant composite plastic board. The plastic wood material board of the present invention has significant characteristics such as weather resistance, anti-corrosion, waterproofing, flame retardancy, high strength, etc., and can be applied in harsh environments with high requirements for board performance.
